solid cinematography, talented cast, and premise. The characters didn't have much depth. The premise caught my attention much like Ex Machina(a better film) but the film lost me in the third act which became almost a bad slasher movie. The ending was predictable. Another issue is the film didn't demonstrate how "special" Morgan was in any way. Chess and classical music alone didn't sell it.

It was good. It was a little slow at parts but I enjoyed the ending.

It was ambiguous as to how Morgan have such a capability to fight when she was never train to. Is just her ability to due to her genetic DNA? The movie never really explained how a young child raised by the scientist all of sudden turned evil. Was it simply because she was trap in her room and knows she is just a subject and not human being?
