Beautiful story about a boy who learns about life and love through music. If you were a teenager in the 80s you'll appreciate the 80s music and Duran Duran videos. Must see!

Carney is a wonderful film maker....and this is as upbeat and entertaining as you can get.....the original music a real treat.....kudos

I loved this movie! I have a soft spot in my heart for movies about teenagers. The original music was great and I enjoyed the story. I liked that the lead character, Colin, was confident but not arrogant, that the siblings in his family were close with one another and supported each other through their family struggles, and the friendships that developed between the band members.

The movie was amazing. It made you go through many different emotions and really painted a beautiful picture amidst the crazy lives the characters live through. Without giving anything away, I'd say it is a must-see and the music is great! We laughed a lot and left smiling.
