I had such high expectations for this film only to fall flat. The CG Alligators and God as a little child killed it for me. The God character made me feel like I was watching an Omen remake. As a Christian and an ordained Eldrr/Pastor I felt this film made a mockery of the Exodus story. Many people will go to see this film that may not be familiar with the bible and will accept this film as truth.

While special effects were great, the script and acting wasn't that great.

This movie was not bad but there was no real feeling in it. Even on his best day Christian Bale could not act as well as Charlton Heston in this movie. Not a movie I have any desire to see again.
