Hilarious, great movie, great cast

It was a wonderful movie showcasing the strength of a woman. Another Great Black film on the screen. We need more like this.

Blitz Bazawule excels, and the cast delivers powerful performances. Prepared to be critical, I compared the movie, book, and stage musical, hypersensitive to changes. Worried about the audience, I questioned if the story's power would be effectively communicated. This isn't just for me; I want everyone to experience it. Will newcomers feel the same energy and spirit? Despite my concerns, I hope others not only like it but also feel the hope, faith, and healing I derive from it this Christmas.
