The LEGO Movie 2 is a perfect sequel. Not necessarily a perfect movie, but a perfect sequel. It draws beautifully from the themes and spirit of the original film to create something new that is just as artistically brilliant as the original. Fans of the first movie can expect the same heart and humor, while newcomers will experience the same pleasant surprise the rest of us did five years ago.
