It was kinda slow going not much excitement and the flashbacks made really no impact on thr storyline especially the "sex" scene that doesn't even need to be there that guy has no story or history with the character. The story was ok but left alot of missing info and loses you with the flashbacks. The movie got interesting at the last 15 minutes i think it's a beginning for part 2 thanks again

While I got the film, I don't think a lot of people will and won't like it. A lot of what's in the visuals and storyline is exactly like what's happening in the shimmer. That being said, I like my Lynch weirdness from the original source. But the special fx were excellent and it had a decent flow throughout. Definitely a lot of good jumpy suspense parts.

It was a very fantastical story, and I thought the characters were well played.... just the ending fell a little short for me. I was hoping for a mind blowing twist.But not a terrible movie. I did like it.
