I was unable to follow it because the audio and video had a delay. The image did not match what I could hear

All that anticipation gone down the drain. The video never played. It complained that video cant be played. Mine is a 2021 laptop and the video still failed. I'm up-to-date on all browsers and softwares, so it's the failure of Amazon itself.
