Very convoluted. Definitely had potential but with poor screen writing, motives that make no sense, and below average acting, you walk out feeling like the movie was 3 hours long.

The perofmrmances were strong but the situations were really hard to believe. Some of the dialog choices were borderline cheesy "you hurt me, I hurt you worse. The end also felt verry sloppy overall.

Plot is silly and completely unbelievable. Gary Oldman's character is a bumbling, inept CIA Chief. Ridiculous.

Just ok. Costner's acting was good. Didn't know he could play a modern day Frankenstein so well. Plot holes too obvious to make it believable. Violence and language too graphic for a PG 13 rating.
