Beautiful dance scenes - particularly Carnival del Barrio.

Certain scenes were very enjoyable to watch! I was a little upset that they completely cut out Mama Camilla but I can kind of see why they did it. I really liked how colorful certain scenes are. I’m also sad about how they cut out some songs from the OG musical. Overall I have mixed feelings about the movie but it was definitely worth the hype! I can’t wait for it to come out in theaters!

Very fun film.\rBrilliant music and production numbers.\rThe story is thin, and some strands of the storyline strangely unresolved.\rBut it’s great as a summer popcorn film.
