couldn't see the film - got weird response and no picture.

I could not see it the phone link gave me an error and could not be loaded on the smart TV.... It was a busted experience... Was looking forward the screening but it was a very annoying experience.

Good morning. I logged in right when the email was received with the codes. I was able to see the introduction by your hosts. When I went to start the film immediately after it would not load. Just kept the middle circle rotating like it was loading. Tried for over a half an hour to take part in the viewing. This was an extremely frustrating experience for me. Hopefully next time will be much better
