I'd recommend Songbird because I like movies and would want to share the experience with someone else to discuss it. But this one was a little on the slow side (especially in the beginning) with a weak storyline. It was hard to connect to the characters and care about what happens to them. One specific point that bothered me is that Lester sells him out twice, but then is so happy to help him in the end? And where did the extra bracelet come from??

The movie was solid, but the appeal to many viewers would be limited. The performances of the actors were good and it did have an overall tone that was a little too depressing. The tone is maybe a little too close to what we have now (or some think we do)

Maybe because we are still in the middle of it, I just don't need to watch a movie about a pandemic. Also, the plot felt jumpy and the stories/characters were not tied together well.

It was not very believable - the garbage man rising up to take over a corrupt sanitation department? Too out there. But the acting was strong even if the story was too far-fetched, and it was an interesting premise given the current pandemic scenario we're in. Sometimes the story seemed to take a weird turn - the random man in the abandoned building that saved Niko and sacrificed himself for no apparent reason? Weird. Overall, it was a nice mindless action movie, but not one I'd watch again.
