I am so upset. I received my code and logged into the screening an hour before it started. The minute I was able to start it I clicked the button and nothing happened. It loaded to a page that said bad gateway. I kept trying to get back in and I kept getting the same page. I have no clue why but I couldn't get back in. My daughter was so upset. She was so excited to watch it.

I couldn't access in spite of entering code.

I could not view. Link when to "bad getaway" message.
