Good movie for kids. Cute. Had a good message.

I felt the movie appeared low budget and not in a good way. My family enjoys the direct to disc and television series of My Little Pony that have been released in the last five or six years. Not sure why this one made the big screen. As far as I can tell the only difference is the distribution. Going to the movies is expensive! Even if you just take one Princess. We want something really special

the Kids loved it.

Cartooning was well done. Script was clear, but the underlying theme was concerning. Unicorn without her horn banished to land of punishment. Other ponies were "groupy" and cliquish. Not what we need in today's society. Saving grace is most younger viewers won't connect the theme that many adults will see.
