I was expecting a horror movie, however I was surprised to see myself and other people watching in the theater laughing in many scenes that were supposed to be "scary".

Barbarian turned out to be a good comedy instead of a horror/thriller.

This is a really silly movie with characters doing things that no one in real life would do. Also, the movie puts Detroit in a bad light showing only what is wrong with Detroit and not anything good. It is a sick movie that no one should see.

The movie was not scary to me. There were parts of the movie that I still don’t understand what they were even included in the movie. This movie had many chances to be great but it left me wanting more in the end.
