Good movie good d direction

Visually the movie was stunning, I found the movie disturbing and would not recommend it to a friend. I did not find it entertaining. The role of the long-suffering wife was well acted.

I thought it was long and boring and so obviously a grab for oscars I was actually offended. I wish there had been more character development of the side characters, especially the wife. Why did she stay with him? I support trans rights and was honestly mad at Lili for almost the entire film for treating her wife badly and was mad at the wife for standing by her. The acting was great though.

I thought it was very slow....
