It was too slow and not enough action.

Very touching story for an action packed sci-fi. Kevin Costner did a great acting job.

It is similar to the 2015 movie Selfless, staring Ryan Reynolds. The added drama of secret missions, nuclear weapons, and technologically skilled characters set the two apart. I was glad the end still kept me anticipating, Billy or Jericho. The transition of Billy's memories allowed for the comical scenes in Criminal, which I enjoyed. The movie was good overall.
