The movie didn't load, so I didn't see the movie.

I was not able to view it. It wouldn’t screen share from my phone to my tv and my family couldn’t watch it from an iPhone. I wish you could have made it available to watch from Amazon app on tv or made it more accessible to view it. It was very disappointing. My boys were really looking forward to watching it as they loved the earlier movies.

I close it in error and was unable to to watch it

Unfortunately after several attempts and 25+ minutes we were never able to get the film to load. We saw the welcome video and only received and error unable to join key message over and over
