Nice action pace, great sound.

It was interesting. Makes you wonder what you would do in the same situation as the characters. Some action and drama to keep your interest.

Thought it was very good... fast-paced, taut action. Butler et al did an admirable job portraying the angst-driven family... Got teary-eyed at the end when the birds came out... kind of like Noah's Ark a bit only the birds themselves were the sign that life would continue. I'm not typically a fan of disaster flicks, but this movie was well thought out and acted and I would highly recommend it to anyone over the age of 16. I think it might be a little to scary for kids younger than that.

The movie was entertaining although I had problems keeping a connection to the movie. Halfway through the film. I lost connection and had to rewatch the first half again.
