It ran a bit long. The stage version had the break which was needed. But the pacing feels off. \r\rAs is, a 80% rotten tomatoes score.

The streaming experience from WB pictures was terrible - glitchy, constantly freezing, sometimes only the sound worked but no picture. We couldn't finish watching it. What a disappointment - I was really looking forward to watching this before its June release date.

My absolute favorite casting was Corey Hawkins as Benny and my favorite number was When the Sun Goes Down. As far as movie adaptations of the stage, this one greatly does Lin Manuel Miranda’s masterpiece justice!
