It had pretty good special-effects Actually top-notch special effectbut the movie just seemed so boring to me Alicia couldn’t really hold that role I don’t know Angelina Jolie just had so much presence as Laura croft and her facial expressions and her demeanor and Alicia didn’t really have those expressions and nuances. It just landed so boring when I was watching it—not full of life.

It had quite a bit of awkward moments.

Screening stopped halfway through because WB thought the "print was too blurry." Funny, since this was a digital projection. Of the half seen, storyline was pretty much a copy of Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade. Dad is missing, presumed dead, child ignores fathers request to destroy notes and goes looking for dad... There were some fun action moments but it's ruined for me. Won't be re-watching

The movie starts off entertaining when we first see Lara, but the movie takes a turn when she starts on her adventure. If you're a fan of the Tomb Raider franchise you may very well like this, but for those unfamiliar with the series there's better things to see.
