The vampire plot came out of nowhere and I didn’t really like the bad ending. It was giving Deep Blue Sea vibes. I was hoping the exam played a bigger role in the plot instead of as just foils for the men

I like the vampire concept in a different view

Enjoyable and pretty fun but the beginning is quite slow. The ending shootout was also at the wrong place of the movie. It's a fun scene to watch but it should be clearly placed towards the middle or beginning of the plot as the vampires were the antagonists of the story and not the k.k.k, who had no relevance to the story at all. The shootout against the k.k.k was simply satisfying for audiences but it had no actual relevance to the plot as villains. Who's more evil in the plot the vampires of the klan? Rhetorically, that's why the klan should not have been 'the final boss' of the movie.
