I didn’t see the movie! After the 2 actors talked it went straight to the survey!

Can't rate, sorry. The movies prior were great so Kids got so excited to be able to have this opportunity at home and we were looking forward to seeing it! As we got ready to see, popcorn and all, and Selena Gomez and the guy that plays Johnny spoke to get the movie started and we get a gateway error. It kept playing them like 3 to 4xs and then the error message.

Tried watching, got kicked out for no reason. Upset my daughters that were excited to see the film.

It did not play
