Are You There God, it’s Me Margaret is one of the best coming of age movies. This movie brought me back to my childhood. Girls are having the same concerns today as they did years ago. The acting was superb. I was also glad to see a person of color (teacher) as a role model. I would recommend this movie to any preteen, teenager or adult.

It was a very entertaining and light movie. That's nice to see now a days, it didnt need to have the usual sex, violence and foul language that most movie contain now.

The subject matter was handled very well. I took my 14 year old granddaughter with me and she thought it was great. The comic relief was spot on! It was a refreshing movie that touched on many subjects about growing up and done very well. Good Job!
