Really hits home. Powerful film, and I've always thought Carrey Mulligan is the greatest. Wish she had more roles.

Promising Young Woman is by far one of the best films I've seen thus far. The writing is smart, witty, and amazing on a topic that is rarely spoken about with the candor that the film addresses it with. Carey Mulligan is fantastic and creates a knockout performance! Emerald Fennell's directing is stunning, using pastels as a juxtaposition to the trauma and darkness Cassie experiences throughout the film. I would definitely recommend Promising Young Woman to everyone. Bravo, Focus!
