Funny but violent

A good example of pretty standard action cheese. Good witty banter, a few instances of stretching the suspension of disbelief just a little too far (re: proximity to explosions in particular). Fails the Bechdel test, but wasn't quite as much overt copaganda as I was expecting (though still certainly in that category). A good flick if you want to turn your brain off and enjoy some witty repartee and violence, but not without some emotional beats between the brothers as well.

The first movie I saw that I could confidently predict most of the plot. I expected more from Angel Manuel Soto since I actually enjoyed his underrated Blue Beetle movie, A LOT! But poor pacing, bad CGI, and slow action scenes took me out of this movie. And for better or worse, it just made me wanna play a video game instead. 6.5-7/10

It's very fun. Everything it tries to do, it does well.
