I feel for Charlize Theron playing her character, even though I do not have children. I thought the movie was a good eye opener to alert some fathers, how much work there is involved in raising children. I know that the father has his work to do during the day, but child rearing should be a shared thing, and we do not see a lot of that in the movie. I suppose that is what is being conveyed to the audience, as well as the lack of communication between the parents rearing their children. Just some of my thoughts anyway.

A very interesting movie with an even more interesting twist at the end .
