Post-Production was amazing. Writing and acting were lacking/uninteresting. Spielberg made an average blockbuster that could be more powerful if it depicted a realistic (non-white/more diverse [why is majority of IOI white? Where are Hispanic Americans?] 2050s America with complex characters and running through a deeper story on how technology can divide and taint companies and average people.

If I was into gaming more, than I would of probably rated it higher. My son said, "it's a five star movie." He loved it!

Although I would recommend this film, would tel people not to expect much. It was confusing from the start and too violent for young kids.

I thought it was good for what it was. A bit different from the book. It added some humor elements that I thought was aimed towards a younger audience. Action scenes were great and I wasn't taken out by the movie being mostly in the oasis.
