Incredible film adaptation of a wonderful musical. I loved hearing actors SING. The cinematography and scope of the film were just stunning.

I thought the movie was an amazing adaptation of the stage show. It was true to the original while updating elements for the modern setting. I thought the direction was absolutely gorgeous and the orchestrations were rich and full. Particularly I love the feeling of community every time characters were out on the street.

Slightly hard to follow plot. Gorgeously shot. Heartfelt moments amazing but a little hard to connect with some characters — Nina, Benny. Casting is great.

Not as good as the stage musical but still very enjoyable
