There was so much to fall in love with, whether it be the music, the dancing, the colors, and of course the cast. Anthony Ramos was the perfect fit for Usnavi. While I loved some of the changes and the updated story, I wish some of the songs from the play hadn't been cut. Regardless, me encanta!

I thought it was a lot of fun! As a fan of the original musical, I enjoyed seeing how they adapted the story for the screen, and, overall think they did a strong job. There were things that I missed (the removal of "Everything I Know" was particularly sad), but I also thought that some of the updates and additions to the storyline were worthwhile and made sense.

It was fun! I spent most of the movie dancing in my seat. The female vocals overall left something to be desired, and few pieces of the storyline didn’t fully piece together. Also, as a fan of the stage production, I definitely missed the cut numbers. However, overall it’s a great summer movie and I can’t wait to see it again in theaters.

Great musical. It is nice to see a movie set in NYC that really feels like the people and neighborhood.
