Sweet, heartwarming story about growing up. Nothing overly complex, but very relateable! The music is very fitting for the time period. When I read this many years ago, I only related to Margaret but found myself relating to mom and grandma also. Yes a definite see!

This movie brought back so many memories of my childhood from reading the book. This book was a right of passage for young preteen girls and the movie reflected how we felt back then perfectly. A must see for any Judy Blume fan.
