This film is an outstanding amalgamation of the novel, original adaptation, and the Broadway musical. From the opening scene to the end credits I was enthralled by this beautifully crafted homage to the source material. The cast is impeccable from the lead actors to the cameos. Every performance is remarkable. The costume and production design are excellent. The cinematography is lush and enchanting. The music and dance sequences are powerful and immersive with stellar vocals. It is a divine reimagining, carrrying viewers through an emotional journey to a glorious conclusion.

The story, performances and locations were excellent. The actors and the movie deserve multiple Oscar awards. The audience reacted to the movie and lingered in the lobby discussing it. The unexpected cameo appearances were well received. Excellent movie. Kudos to all involved. I have already recommended it to several people.
