Loved that it was fast paced from the beginning. So many horror movies, build up for the first 45 minutes and character build. No one cares about that, we just want edge of your seat suspense and scares. It was just perfect for that.

It made me want to discover more about the creatures on the bottom of the ocean. Also, if there were religious references. Was a bit confused on the part where she was at the shehim & his daughter who had passed away when he talked about her as if she's in the present

I was expecting the usual underwater monster movie. I was pleasantly surprised and the different twists. Also I loved how the movie started out with action and kept me engrossed throughout. There weren't any dull moments and I loved the moments when I along with the whole theater jumped and gasped at the same time. Definitely worth a second watch.

Great action and special effects. Performances were good, and tension was kept up through the film. However, dialogue was difficult to hear in several sequences. Enjoyed it enough to watch it at home - with subtitles!
