The storyline grabbed my interest at first but as the movie continued I started to lose interest. It was more that a better explanation of how Covid morphed to the current situation was needed.

It was really interesting and definitely exciting to think about how current events could progress. It felt like the creators ran out of time and rushed the ending. They had barely developed some of the secondary characters and then all of a sudden they’re banding together in this rescue attempt that feels too rushed and forced. Then, there’s the long reunion love scene at the q-camp which just feels awkward. Those guards would not have let them stand there googling at each other. They would have been barking at them to move along. Then the wrap up scene felt “off” and too weird.

It was okay, but a little in the nose. Also there were a lot of plot holes and unexplained concepts.

KJ was entertaining to watch as the leading role. However, film was not written well. Felt over the top and corny at times. Same could be said about the acting performance of most if not all of the actors. Michael Bay style make the film feel dated with the action shots and slow mo. Not sure if it's the lack the of movies during 2020 but I was entertained watching the movie even with the predictable cliches and tropes. I would describe the film as a good bad movie if someone would ask how was it.
