Gerard Butler did an outstanding job. The movie had me on edge but I liked the ending.

Fantastic, exhilarating, suspenseful, and realistic. Great action film.

It is a predictable, but good disaster movie. The timing isn't great because the current crisis put a slight damper on my enjoyment of it. Nice that it eventually has a happy/hopeful outlook. It seems pretty realistic and has great explosions. I love Morena Baccarin - she did a great job as always. :) My theaters are currently shut down, but if I had a choice I would probably just stream or rent on Redbox instead of going to the theater though. I give it 4.5 stars ^_^

Thoroughly enjoyed it. It was quite infuriating to watch the family members all make the usual movie mistakes when trying to escape a catastrophe but thank goodness there character development and acting helped me overcome my hate for them and actually want to root for them to all make it. Pleasantly surprised to see Scott Glenn in the movie and loved his character. All in all I would have loved to see this movie in Dolby surround. I did run into issues streaming it at the beginning and was pretty bummed that I couldn’t screen mirror to my TV and the rest of my home entertainment site, to get that moviegoing experience.
