The movie was alright. I don’t think it is something I’d be interested in watching again however. The movie was somewhat boring in my opinion. There were a few scenes that I thought were funny but overall the comedy in this movie was subpar. I really had high expectations to laugh throughout the film but didn’t quite get there. There’s a lot of “dumb comedy” which didn’t quite resonate with me.

Typical Hollywood crime dramedy with movie long Uber product placements. Will there be corrupt leadership within the police department? Will the lead villain be the last to get caught? No twists or turns here, just inside Uber jokes.

Although it had its moments (thanks to Nanjiani’s comical asides), I’ve seen this movie many times over the years. Action sequences were a bit over the top - one man with a pistol overwhelms four with automatic weapons?

There's nothing special about the movie, well except perhaps the dog. It simply wasn't entertaining nor funny.
