I'll start off with enjoying the ending. A bit of a play on that theme established with Planet of the Apes when they land and the world is not as they left it. The shell game of which lifeboat held which person was a nice ploy.I'm happy to see they didn't make much of the Hugh character's disability as his defining issue. Didn't even make mention of it until maybe 20 minutes in?Overall I enjoyed the movie.

I really enjoyed it.I liked the way it began....with such hope and enthusiasm from Humankind at the confirmed discovery of "Life".Then....when things changed....and it was clear that the Alien was only focused on survival.Utilizing everything organic as food.It was frightening and very truthful."Life feeds on Life".....a constant in the Universe.Also - the Film was a clear analogy for when the First nation People of Canada allowed the First Non-Indigenous People on the Land.

This movie gave off a great sense of suspense and an alien esque atmosphere.
