As a fan of comics in general, I can confidently say this is my favorite movie of all time.

Great acting and very disturbing version of the joker. The only thing that I felt was off in this portrayal was the lack of charisma and high intellect I suspect the joker would have to have as the criminal ring leader we historically know him to be in the Batman comics.

Tour de force performance by Joaquin Phoenix. Direction was magnificent. Soundtrack and setting was perfect for this rendition of the Joker story. I will see it again.
