Was 30 minutes early then movie would not play very disappointing. Your site was worthless, no movie.

I did not get to watch it. I followed all of the steps, when the timer went off and had the announcement on the screen then the play button highlighted. I clicked that and the screen stayed black. I sat for 10 mins hoping it was just a glitch but the movie never came on. I was very disappointed.
