It was done well. Good twist on an old story. It kept us interested the whole time. I was actually moved at a couple of place in the movie. The brutally was really clear. The lead actor was very good.

It's a modern twist to an old story, I liked it but it will not be on my must have movie list.

This is pretty much a remake of the "Robe". But it was still enjoyable and much needed as a reminder to focus on Our Lord and His sacrifice.Technically I found the sound difficult to understand some of the words spoken because it was so soft. But still enjoyed it.

I like the way the movie started with the storyline leading in to the execution of the Christ.The conflict of the "Gladiator" who was serving Rome.However I was left wanting to see more in the story line as he joined the Disciple's to searchfor the Messiah and garner his own answers. I'm hoping there is a part II so the story line of Risen canfurther extend the story and really reveal the story.I look forward to that happen!
