I got all the way to the count down and the start button but after clicking, the page went to an error that said the site could not be reached. I have 3 wifi sources and I could not watch this movie on any wifi.

Impossible to comment on the movie, as the site crashed!!

Were unable to watch. Had entered site and were watching the countdown. Then it was gone. When I went further down on the computer screen, there was a continue button I hadn't seen. At 7:01, too late. Have watched other download movies and never had this problem. Disappointed.

Could not see the whole movie. Recommend sending a test link (short movie) the day before to ensure proper connections and viewing.
