Despite the impression given in the trailer and TV ads, this movie is NOT a comedy. It is a disturbing yet very human depiction of what it meant to be a war correspondent in Afghanistan. Tina Fey is excellent and convincing as Kim Baker. Much of the rest of the cast, though mostly two dimensional, are effective and supportive. This is a much better movie than the advertising leads one to expect.
