The Director provided a unique approach to filmmaking you had a lot of visual nuances that added to the story

I enjoyed the film and would recommend. The camera leaving Turner’s POV and entering 3rd-person was so devastating, it was hard for me to even process the swap and the rest of the ending. So heart-rending it may mess with the balance of emotion I think was intended. “This is not our fight”: I think the film’s focus on the systematic vs the indiv injustices that Elwood endures is spot-on. These characters felt very lived-in and vibrant rather than just being mouthpieces for competing ideologies. I have not seen a film grapple with narrative, non-fiction, and the surreal in this way before.

My opinion went from this is the weirdest movie ever, to appreciation of the cinematography, to loving the twist and the wrap up at the end.

Good story, didn’t like the camera point of view.
