Best evil dead yet

It was more gory than scary but great movie

If you did enjoy the bloodshed of cocaine bear, this is a great movie to see. "Evil Dead Rise" reveals very little about the Necronomicon but, enough to expand into a fresh franchise.

A very enjoyable gore fest. There were several nods to the original trilogy while keeping this installment its own movie and continuity. The usage of primarily practical effects over CGI is appreciated, as it allows the movie to stand firmly in plausible reality
