Ex Machina is one of those movies that, when it fades to black and the credits roll, I just sit back in my seat, take a few deep breaths, and try to process what I've just seen. It explores a number of current hot-button topics, as well as a handful of topics that may not be top-of-mind right now, but almost certainly will be in the near future. A chilling, thrilling, breathtaking journey!

Not normally my sort of film - I'm not a fan of science fiction - but this was enthralling and beautiful, and it kept my attention for its two-hour run time. From the actors, to the music, to the gorgeous scenery, it was just mesmerizing. Will recommend to friends.
