Really liked the movie. A little bit redundant at times, but overall nice combination of present day and flashbacks. Loved the plot twist re hallucination. I think director and cast did amazing job with all the difficult open water scenes. Would definitely recommend.

Very powerful, great cinematography, good story and sound effects. Very believable acting. At times I felt I was aboard the yatch

It was such a powerhouse performance by the incredibly talented Shailene Woodley, portraying a strong and courageous woman. I can’t imagine the ordeal Tami experienced, losing her love and nearly losing her life - but Shailene took us there. I loved, laughed, cried and felt as if I was drowning with Tami. And again, definitely not the same as actually battling and surviving a hurricane as Tami did, but I’m happy she’s able to return to the ocean with fervor. Truly enjoyed this captivating portrayal.
