Love, Simon simply paves another way for acceptance towards the LGBTQ+ community. It highlights a major struggle for closeted youth. Simon’s ferris wheel kiss scene will become a symbolic and iconic moment in LGBTQ+ cinema moving forward. LGBTQ+ youth need this film. The world needs this film.
