An interesting take on the life of Charles Dickens, and his creative process. More for an adult audience, rather than a Christmas family movie. Definitely more attractive to fans of "A Christmas Carol". Quite a few enjoyable moments.

I enjoyed watching it and the moral of the story is to be kind to all and love your family. I certainly don't agree with the name of the film as we all know who invented Christmas don't we and it sure wasn't Charles Dickens nor Santa.

Some parts of the movie very good and enjoyable, some parts were confusing and dragged on. I would have given it 3.5 stars but no half stars option. However if you are in for a new Christmas movie to go to then you would probably find this movie ok but not great.
