It was another great entry in the Indiana Jones franchise, albeit a bittersweet one. I thoroughly enjoyed it as much as I did The "Kingdom of the Crystal Skulls. Indy has ALWAYS been a "Pulp" hero! I was disappointed that they didn't explain how Indy got his Eye-patch (See 3rd season of Young Indy.) This movie was set firmly in "1969". Indy has at least 2 more decades (Mid) 90's.

Just what it needed to be.

Thrilling conclusion to the adventure Indiana Jones saga from early year to Dr. Henry (Indiana) Jones's retirement from academia. Marian (Karen Allen) returns while he awakens from being shot earlier and the Lost Ark relationship renews.

It was very much an Indiana Jones movie. With lots of stunts, lots of action and I nice ending that ties up the series for Indiana nicely.\rI know the stuntmen had lots of work on this because no way a 78 year old man can do half of this stuff.
