Interesting movie with good music in it.

I do think this is a great true story, but would have enjoyed a documentary much more than this dramatization. Bogart's gift to my generation (born in 1961) was providing us with "the soundtrack of our lives". So not offering the original tracks, & only having a very few songs, just hurts. Yes the actors are great singers - but they are not the originals, and many did not look like the originals.

It was too long. The first 45 minutes was a sleeper. The actor's playing Gladys Knight & Donna Summer were miscast horribly. Once the story got going it became more interesting. Wait to stream it for free.

It spent way too much time focusing on an unlikable character and not nearly enough time on the music. The movie felt like it was ten hours long.
