Wonderful movie exploring the life in silence. You will feel for everyone in this film and come out with a better understanding of dependence on family. The hardships are off set by the strong family bonds developed through a parental disability. So much love and understanding depicted, but also teenage angst. Well acted by talented people! Everyone will find something to enjoy!

A little formulaic, but with enough interesting dialog (and ASL gesturing) and characterizations to keep it entertaining and engaging.

I thought the movie was great. When I first saw it I thought it wasn't something I would generally watch. No bad thoughts it just didn't grab my attention but watching it totally changed my mind. I like the relationship between the family. Especially the daughter and her father. It was a great family movie reminding us that we can overcome things in life with the support of family.
